Responsibilities
Tasks
- Sweep, mop, scrub, and polish hallways, floors, and stairs.
- Use industrial vacuum cleaners to clear away scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other waste.
- Empty trash bins and waste containers.
- Clean windows, interior walls, and ceilings.
- Reach out to contractors for repairs and maintenance of the facility.
- Conduct safety and security inspections.
- Carry out other routine maintenance tasks, including painting and drywall repairs.
- Work independently with little supervision.
