Job Responsibilities

• Make small adjustments and repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems. For bigger repairs, contact skilled tradespeople.
• Reach out to contractors for repairs and maintenance at the facility.
• Carry out minor repairs on appliances to keep them working properly.
• Supervise other workers to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Work independently with little supervision to get the job done.
• Help process and machine operators in mineral ore and metal processing tasks.
• Support process control and machine operators in their daily duties.
• Assist in setting up and taking down equipment as needed.
• Create maintenance schedules for equipment and suggest when machines should be replaced.
