Responsibilities

Tasks

  • Sweep, mop, scrub, and polish hallways, floors, and stairs.
  • Use industrial vacuum cleaners to clear away scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other waste.
  • Empty trash bins and waste containers.
  • Clean windows, interior walls, and ceilings.
  • Reach out to contractors for repairs and maintenance of the facility.
  • Conduct safety and security inspections.
  • Carry out other routine maintenance tasks, including painting and drywall repairs.
  • Work independently with little supervision.
